Now in its fourth year, the annual Portland Winter Light Festival is a citywide event showcasing illuminated art installations, vibrant performances, and stunning kinetic fire sculptures throughout our city.
Over 100 artists, performers and locations will take part, including the Oregon Convention Center. The OCC is a Dazzling Sponsor of the festival and will display a dynamic and colorful light show from 6 to 11 p.m., February 7th through 9th!
OCC's special light show will provide an opportunity for its talented and creative GO Production Services team to showcase the center's programmable, energy efficient LED spire and crescent lighting system. OCC's audio visual production supervisor Josh Williams promises "a highly animated show with a few visual surprises, which we hope festival goers and the entire community will enjoy!"
The festival's organizers are "fully committed to keeping the Portland Winter Light Festival family-friendly, free to attend, and open to everyone. So bundle up and celebrate the power of light and community with us!"
