Time is determined from the minute you enter the garage to the time you exit. The Oregon Convention Center does not guarantee parking availability. Availability is on a first come, first-served basis. Overnight parking is not allowed.
For events that have heavy egress at one time, Pay at Entry (PAE) rate will be used. This is a set rate charged at ingress. The pay at entry rate fluctuates from $12 – $20 depending on event.
The parking garage may be rented out to a client if they are the only event over the requested rental days. P1 (375 spaces) is $4500, P1 & P2 (725 total spaces) is $8700. Client must allow OCC staff and monthly parkers to use the parking garage.

General Rules
Garage will be open any day we have an event taking place.
The P2 gates are scheduled to be open at 5:00 am (can be earlier upon request)
When P2 fills up the P1 level will be made accessible from inside the garage.
The P1 gates are scheduled to be opened when we have events in attendance of 500 or more at ingress.
Attendants are scheduled to work if we anticipate more than 50 cars being in the garage at any one time. The number of attendants scheduled by parking contractor is based on daily events ingress and egress attendance. Attendants will remain until 50 public vehicles or less are in the parking garage. In a Pay At Entry (PAE) situation, attendants will remain until most of the ingress attendance has arrived. When they leave, they notify DPS of their departure.
P1 and P2 are equipped with self-service credit card payment stations at the exit only lanes enabling people to exit without an attendant.
Pay at Entry (PAE) may be conducted whenever we have evening events either at OCC or Rose Quarter. Standard rate is $12, and we accept cash and credit upon entry. Pay at entry begins two hours before an evening event is scheduled to begin. Having all vehicles pay at entry (PAE) allows the gates to be left open after the event, expediting egress.
Pay at entry (PAE) may also occur during the day to help with expediting egress. The Parking and Dock Manager will determine pay at entry days. Pay at entry may occur one hour to 90 minutes prior to event start times. Standard rate is $12, and we accept cash and credit upon entry.
Parking is not guaranteed and on a first come first served basis. Four show management spaces in P2 are available for client use.
Overnight parking is prohibited except in the I-5 lot where trucks, trailers, or commercial vehicles are allowed to park overnight. We prohibit occupied RVs from parking overnight in any of our parking areas.
